I never got this in my package!

I tried to change/cancel and rebuy as I ordered in error. No customer service emails except dispatch - then "oh we can't do anything once it's fulfilled". Yeah that's why I emailed within 3 minutes of the original order.

Very disappointed with the service , I purchase four small testing bottles … and the vanilla didn’t work. It was replaced and the second one didn’t work. I was asked send a video of the faulty bottle! Futile as you cannot see that the spray doesn’t spray! Which rot me felt very much like I wasn’t believed. So I decided to draw a line under the whole thing and lose the £5 I paid for it…and the inconvenience … which they were happy to accept! Totally disappointed albeit a small bottle… no honouring their error and reimbursing me. Also their replacement came in a huge box in comparison to the tiny bottle! Re the other perfumes; they were very strong for me. So I guess I won’t be recommending Sam’s Jardin or buying from the in the future
