If you decide to return a product, please return it by post within 14 days of receiving it. No returns will be accepted after this period.
Due to sanitary reasons, the returned product must be unused and un-tampered and in its original packaging to receive a refund. Your order must be securely packed in its original box and packaging to be eligible for return.
Please note that we do not currently offer free returns. The cost of the return postage is the responsibility of the customer.

For international returns, including Europe, please ensure parcels are marked as ‘Returned Goods’ in order to avoid customs charges and VAT when goods are returned. Please note that the customer is responsible for any customs charges or import VAT incurred when returning item. If goods are held by UK customs due to shipment errors it will not be possible for us to process a refund.
